3. Refunds

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside of the Netherlands are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
